Section 122
Duties, Duties and Powers of Inspector
(1) The work, duties and rights of the inspector assigned or appointed in accordance with section 121 shall be as follows:-
(a) In the course of the investigation, the current or former officers or shareholders of the company or any other person who is considered to have information related to the matter to be investigated, to appear before him and take statements, obtain necessary information or obtain other reasonable assistance,
(b) inspecting relevant documents for investigation or seizing or keeping any other thing or thing or causing any related person to file such document or thing before him or taking such document under his control,
(c) examine or cause to be examined whether or not the company's accounts have been properly maintained.
(2) In accordance with this paragraph, the statements made by a person to the inspector during the investigation shall be admissible as evidence against him regardless of what is written in the prevailing law.
